304 austenitic stainless steel
Features: Good resistance to intergranular corrosion, good low-temperature strength and mechanical properties, non-magnetic, and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment;
Uses: pump shafts, valve accessories, surgical instruments, tableware, cabinets, water heaters, boilers, bathtubs, etc.
310S high-strength nickel-chromium stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance
Features: Excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, good toughness, good weldability, and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment;
Uses: boiler parts, heat treatment fixture parts, heat treatment equipment parts, etc.
316 austenitic stainless steel
Features: Excellent corrosion resistance, non-magnetic, and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment;
Uses: small shafts, bolts, screws and nuts, food equipment accessories, valve accessories
410 martensitic stainless steel, also known as 1.4006 or X12Cr13 (the service temperature should not exceed 1200℉)
Features: It has certain mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance, and good oxidation resistance;
Uses: pump shaft, kitchen utensils, stainless steel tableware, hand tools, bolts and nuts, etc.;
Heat treatment: 30-43HRC; quenching: 927-1050°C; tempering: 520-580°C * more than 2 times
430/430C ferritic stainless steel, also known as 1Cr17 stainless steel
Features: It has good corrosion resistance, and its chloride corrosion resistance is better than that of general nickel-chromium austenitic stainless steel;
Uses: daily decorative accessories, shaft parts, corrosion-resistant accessories, etc.
430F ferritic stainless steel, also known as DIN1.4104, can be called free-cutting 430 stainless steel, often used as a solenoid valve
Features: good machinability, good corrosion resistance;
Uses: solenoid valve components, fuel burners, kitchen and tableware, shafts, valve parts, etc.
